This dressing table has eight salmon painted/gilded conch shells with draped tassels on the front legs. Wonderful unusual form with a Vermont signature on the back. A very small girandole mirror with "lace" appliqué, candle arms and the eagle retains original verde-antique. Great old surface. The andirons are Rhode Island "Best" bell metal with matching log stops. Superb Prattware "Cupid" wall pockets.
