Canada Goose by Elmer Crowell (1862-1952), East Harwich, MA, circa 1915 This is one of the finest Crowell Canada Goose decoys known. One of the three decoys out of the famous Winward Prescott rig that was found in the Beach and Bass Shop in Little Compton, Rhode Island. This bird is in excellent condition with no repairs or restoration. Retains an early oval stamp, as well as the 'WP' stamp for Winward Prescott. This exact decoy is pictured on page 15 of the Decoy Collector's Guide by Hal Sorenson, Vol. II, No. II (Issue 6) April, May, June, 1964. Length: 23 inches Height: 11I inches Width: 7 inches
