Fine Chippendale Figured Walnut Chest of Drawers having four graduated overlapping drawers flanked by fluted quarter columns, all on ogee bracket feet and retaining a fine old surface and mellow patina. In an outstanding state of preservation having cedar drawer bottoms, rose head nails, a one board poplar back and being all original except for the brasses. Pennsylvania, circa 1770. Width 38-1/2' (37' @ case), depth 21-3/4', height 33-1/2'.
