Hepplewhite Inlaid Cherry Chest of Drawers having four graduated beaded drawers with line and graduated oval inlays, original brasses, line inlays along edge of top, inlaid banding below and a nicely shaped apron continuing to French feet. All original except two side bands of inlay along top. Connecticut, circa 1800. Secondary wood: white pine. *Connecticut Hepplewhite chests of this quality and type are extremely rare. Width 38-1/4", depth 21", height 37-1/4".
