Outstanding Hepplewhite Inlaid Mahogany Tall Case Clock inscribed 'John Hall' having a broken arch top with inlaid pinwheel rosettes, book-end inlays below each brass finial, inlaid mahogany ovals with rope inlaid tracers (a pattern used around every inlaid oval in the clock) in the scroll board, fluted colonettes and quarter columns, an enameled dial bearing the name of the maker with moon phase, date counter and an eight day brass movement above a shaped waist door having an oval inlay surrounded by quartered mahogany, a figured mahogany collar with book-end inlays and ovals above the door, a small oval inlaid panel below the waist door flanked by oval inlays below each quarter column, all over a circular inlaid base panel, a shaped apron, and French feet.
