An exceedingly rare pair of windsor low-back armchairs. The shaped crests above outscrolled arms, spindles, and turned arm supports, the heavily chamfered serpentine fronted plank seat raised on splayed turned legs joined by stretchers and ending in blunt arrow feet; Pennsylvania, circa 1770
