A Very Fine Queen Anne high chest with beautifully scrolled top, deeply-carved fans, and shaped skirt above delicate cabriole legs ending in full pad feet raised on discs. Connecticut River Valley origin, Springfield area; made of dense cherry with a rich old surface, and retaining most of its original brasses. Top case-35.75", lower case-37.75", 86" to top of center finial.
