Probably Western Connecticut, circa 1730 The table in 'as found' condition retaining original worn red painted surface to base and underside of top; top surface scrubbed; cleats keyed into the top boards with running dovetails; front and back of hutch case dovetailed; mortise construction of till bottom and shoe feet.
The proportions of this table, and the generous overhang, make it exceptionally appealing, as well as useful.
