Hunt Scene Silhouette of Adam Reigart Jr.
Family history reflects the sitter is Adam Reigart, Jr. from a founding family of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Adam Jr. was the founder of Reigart Wine Store in 1785 and the eldest son of Adam Reigart. Adam Sr. was the owner of Grape Tavern, which served as the general headquarters during the Revolutionary War. Please see my website for more information.

Beautiful watercolor on velvet memorial theorem painting, probably from Massachusetts. Memorializes Mary Fairbank and Nancy Crawford (both from Massachusetts). Two other examples from same school were sold from Edith Gregor Halpert Folk Art Collection and show that one of the two was found in Worchester, Mass. Please see my website for further information.
